We’ll design & build your ecommerce website based on data, ensuring it’s flexible and scalable as your business grows.
When you rely on your ecommerce website to sell your products it needs to look beautiful, be secure and also future-proof. You’ll be glad to know that when you work with us, not only do you get custom design so your shop can look exactly how you want it to look, but you also get a strategy for success.
Your existing website (if you have one) holds so much data that we’ll start by learning as much as we can from that before we propose a solution. We’ll find out who your audience is, what makes them tick and base our whole approach around a solution that makes them happy—it’s a customer-centric approach.
Our guiding principle is simple; to be your brand’s outsourced ecommerce web design department. We’ll always there when you need advice and importantly we’ll be proactive at looking out for any opportunities that can help you gain traction and dominate your industry.

We worked with Authentic Style over a 2 month period to design and develop our new ecommerce website from scratch. The patience and understanding they showed to us as new clients, has been second to none and we feel we have made new friends with the team as well as having learned a great deal from them. The aftercare has been sensitive and supportive and we will continue to work with them over the coming months to improve our digital offer.

We want to know your story, your motivations and your future plans, to help us build a picture of where you are and where you want to be. Listening is key here and will allow us to propose the correct solution, that is going to yield the best results.
Did you know your existing store holds the key to your future success? By analysing how people are finding and interacting with your ecommerce store, we have a much more rounded picture of what is and isn’t working, and where there are opportunities.
To be a success your store needs to be a pleasure to use, be easy to use on all devices and have a simple checkout. We start by having a team whiteboarding session to explore how we can lay out your store and then present polished wireframes for your review.
Templates and off-the-shelf solutions are restrictive and will hold your store back. With our custom approach your new store is designed from a completely blank canvas. This allows us to craft a custom look and feel, true to your brand.
Once you’ve approved the designs we’ll begin integrating your store with WooCommerce, so content and images are fully editable. We’ll also ensure your new ecommerce store is optimised for Google and fully tested on desktop computers, tablets and mobiles.
Once your store has been built and content has been added we will fully QA it to make sure nothing has slipped through the cracks. We’ll then share a link for you to view your new store on our test server. Once approved we’ll schedule time to make it live!
We offer full training once your ecommerce store is live. This usually takes 30-45 minutes and can be delivered over the phone or in person. This leaves you confident that you have all the knowledge you need to edit and make changes to your new store.
It’s our philosophy to have your best interests at heart, so we’ll regularly analyse your shop’s performance to help you squeeze every last drop of success from it. We use a variety of tools that let us see how your visitors interact with your website so any alterations we make are well informed and as effective as possible.
If you’re spending too much time doing your books or spending too many hours on your bookkeeper, you’ll be glad to know that you can save a huge amount of time by having orders from your new website flow directly into Xero.
By using product SKU’s in Woocommerce we can synchronise these with your Xero inventory items so all your sales marry up to the relevant inventory items in Xero, making reconciliation a hassle-free process.
Your new ecommerce website can be integrated with MailChimp to allow you to easily collect customer details in a GDPR compliant manner, so you can market to them in the future.
Here are a few reasons why we recommend using MailChimp
If you have the resources, live chat can be an extremely good way to connect with potential customers, answer questions and close more business.
