What is a Support & Maintenance package?
How much does your Support & Maintenance package cost?
Our standard website support and maintenance package is £49/month. Some clients require a package that is specific to their individual requirements so we can also tailor packages to suit you.
How much does it cost to host our WordPress website with you?
Our WordPress website hosting costs depend on the size, type and complexity of your website, but prices range from £100/year – £300/year.
Will you support my website if you haven’t created it?
Possibly, so get in touch. Unfortunately we can’t support all WordPress websites as it greatly depends on how complicated your site is, how well it’s been maintained to date and several other factors. The best course of action is to get in touch for a chat. We’ll then ask for WordPress admin access so we can take a closer look and let you know if we can support your site.
Do we have to host our website with you?
No. We host 99% of our clients’ websites, but the odd few prefer to handle the hosting themselves, perhaps as they have an in-house IT team who are happy to take care of this, or they are already paying for web hosting and would like to utilise that.
