Step 1
Once you’ve approved our proposal, we’ll begin with a simple kick-off workshop (in person or on Zoom) to align our team with yours. We’ll invite you to our project management system and recap each stage of the project and their deliverables so everyone’s on the same page.

Step 2
Next we’ll begin producing your website architecture, ensuring that the UX (user experience) is intuitive and that the foundations for achieving high Google rankings will be in place. Upon your approval we’ll then move on to producing bespoke design concepts for you to review.

Step 3
Once you’ve signed off the website design concepts, depending on whats been agreed, we’ll either; get to work ourselves producing content for your new website, or we will provide you with a clear content framework for you to populate with content for your new website.

Step 4
Whilst the content is being worked on we’ll begin hand-coding your new website as a custom WordPress theme, making special consideration for search engine optimisation best practices and ensuring it will be easy for you (or us) to edit content in the future.

Step 5
Next we’ll begin testing your new website in a variety of browsers and mobile devices to ensure it displays and functions as intended. We’ll then make the site available for you to test and thoroughly check to ensure you are happy before we agree a date and time to set your new site live!

Step 6
At Authentic Style we’re all about continual improvement, so we’ll help you track and measure your new website so it can continue to be refined to make it as effective as possible. This work includes ongoing adjustments to your website based on data and SEO work too.
